Just about to leave...

I'm just about to leave to go over to David's house for Small Group but I just wanted to write a little first.

So after church today I had planned on meeting Diana for lunch. It was kinda late when we finally got to go because on my way home I realized that I couldn't find my phone and that it must have fallen out of my purse on the way to my car. I had my sis search through my bag (I was driving) but no luck. I couldn't find it.

So I drove all the way back to church and we were looking around. Tim & Di were there and Tim tried to call my phone we were listening for it but no luck. I had no clue were it was we looked by were we parked and even in the church(even though I knew I was outside when I had it out) So finally I just decided to look one last time under the seat of the car, (while Tim was calling it) Nope didn't hear anything(still on silent) but I saw the blue lights on the side flashing. So I found it! Thank God that I found it because I don't have enough $$ right now to buy a new one.

SO.... Diana meet me at my house and we went to Chilis. Ok to say the least our server wasn't very good AT ALL. Although she kept up with my drink, she never came back to check on us once we got our food, (I need another napkin I had a messy Chick Sandwich)didn't ask us how it was, didn't ask if we needed anything...... so we finished, a few minutes later she takes our plates and then walked away. atleast 5 mins went by we see her walking around but still never came back and to ask if we wanted dessert or the check then she finally brought the drink over. We were there for ever! Now I work at a resturant I know how it is to have servers get sucky tips but if I were serving a table and gave them sucky service than I would expect the $2 sucky tip that we left her.

I usually leave a more than generous tip and I know that people have their stressful times but if she was that busy she could've told us "Ya know I'm sorry I've just been so busy blah blah blah, I mean SOMETHING!" I know how busy our restaurant can get (ours is pretty new and its busy) and they weren't by ANY means BUSY! So I dunno. I felt bad only giving her $2 but ya know it is my $ that I'm tipping her and she wasn't doing anything to deserve more! So her tip was probably about 11%. I usually atleast tip 20% if not more....but atleast I didnt stiff her! You tip for the service they give you and if you are expecting to get a 20%+ tip then act like it. Geeze...So anyway.

Well I gotta get going. I'll be on later because I didnt get to talk about SNL last night. Did you see it?
